FluencyRoad provides free English-learning exercises and related content. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

You may create an account to save your progress. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide a valid e-mail address. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping content at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Exercise content, texts and design are owned by FluencyRoad. You may use PDF worksheets and the embed feature for personal, classroom or non-commercial purposes with attribution. Republishing content as your own is not permitted.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluencyRoad is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. Content is provided for educational purposes and may contain errors.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
