1. What we collect

Account data: name, e-mail address and a hashed password when you register.
Progress data: your answers and scores on exercises, linked to your account.
Technical data: essential cookies (to keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice) and, if you consent, anonymous usage analytics.

2. How we use it

We use your data only to operate the service: signing you in, saving your progress, sending account e-mails (verification, password reset) and improving the site through aggregate analytics. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies are required for login and security and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie notice; choosing "Essential only" keeps analytics off.

4. Embedded exercises

Other websites may embed our exercises via iframe. Embedded exercises do not use your FluencyRoad account and progress inside an embed is not linked to you.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your account data is kept while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by e-mailing hello@fluencyroad.com.

6. Your rights (GDPR/LGPD)

Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS in production, and access to personal data is restricted.
